Simon Cumbers
Simon is managing director of Locum Productions.
After several years as a radio reporter in Ireland and a
television correspondent with ITN in the UK, he retrained to
become a cameraman. Simon worked throughout the world filming
international news stories for Associated Press Television (now
APTN) before setting up Locum Productions.
This unusual mix of technical expertise with a journalistic
background is at the heart of his success.
Simon continues to work around the globe filming and editing
on major news events for international broadcasters. He is
also involved in longer format, current affairs programming.
